Changes under your process
You don't pay for the right to open a file. You pay for a change to the tool under your process, with a date and someone responsible. Our own defects are not orders: they are fixed for free.

On call — 150 € a month per organization: an answer within a business day, a file fixed in the engine within 5 days, builds with the fixes as soon as they exist, a voice in the queue.
Support levels inside the editors
Every SumDoc and SumSheet has an assistant that files a report from the window you are in, with the screenshot and the screen recording attached, and shows what happened to it: received, being fixed, waiting for the release, fixed in version X. The level decides how fast. Prices are the same in the app and here; in Russia the app shows them in roubles (990 ₽ and 4 900 ₽).

Ask for a level from the assistant itself — the reply with the payment link arrives in the same window. Cancel any time; the level is enabled on your installation within one business day after payment.
- Price and date are named before we start. If we miss the date, you don't pay.
- A change arrives as a build or a setting, checked on our bench with your file or scenario; you get a note of what changed and how to roll it back.
- The minimum is one business day — every change goes through the bench; we don't promise “within the hour”.
- Your originals and your system are not touched; changes are reversible.
- A defect of ours — a file that opens wrong, an edit that is lost, a crash — is not an order. It is fixed for free; a service level only sets how fast.
What the license covers
- Distribution of the engine inside your application, on-premises or in your cloud.
- All engine updates during the license term.
- Engineering support with a named response time — you talk to the people who build the engine.
