Trademarks
SumOffice, SumDoc and SumSheet are trademarks of HISS. SumOffice is an independent product, not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft, Excel, Word, VBA and Power Query are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe compatibility.
Privacy notice
The Controller of the data collected through this website is HISS (identified above).
What we collect. This website carries a Google tag (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and, once you accept cookies, a Yandex Metrica counter — both used only to see which pages and ads bring people here. Until you accept, Google receives only anonymous, cookieless signals and Metrica is not loaded at all; “Only necessary” keeps it that way. Your choice is remembered in your browser and can be reset by clearing site data. The only personal data we process is what you choose to send us by email — your address and the content of your message — which we use solely to answer you and, where you ask for one, to run an evaluation or a trial.
Documents you send us. Files shared for evaluation are used only to test them against the engine, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted on request.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to its processing, by writing to hello@sumoffice.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority (AEPD).
This notice covers sumoffice.com. Files checked at sumoffice.com/check are handled as described on that page and are never sent to Google or anyone else. If we later add analytics or downloads requiring accounts, this page will be updated first.
